Program Overview:
Phase 1: Training (3 Months) – Gain hands-on experience replicating the role of an investment banker.
Phase 2: Internship (3 Months, Online at RK Advisory) – Apply your skills in real-world projects.
Goal: To make you job-ready and place you in Core Finance or Investment banking role with practical experience, financial models, and industry accepted reports.

Market Insights & Morning Calls (10-11 AM)
Begin your day by reading financial newspaper and then participate in live sessions with me and my team to stay up to date on financial markets, discuss current trends, gather industry data, and update financial models. (Recordings will be provided for those unable to attend live.)
You need to discuss about the articles that you read in the newspaper in the morning call. Articles should be about the market trends, Micro &Macro economic updates such as inflation, repo rate, VRR, Trade Deficit, OMS, Dollar rate, Crude oil etc, Company earnings update and sector update, Key financial events etc.
Al these information will be captured in excel and will be used to analyze the company/industry and integrate in our financial model.
Daily Newsletter Writing
-Summarize market insights into a structured newsletter.
-Develop your ability to analyze and present financial information concisely.
Weekend Masterclasses { Sat and Sunday at 10.30 am to 1 pm}
Every weekend, you’ll receive in-depth training on core investment banking skills, where Mr Rishabh Kale will be sharing my 8 years of investment banking experience
Newsletter Writing & Market Research
-Learn how to identify important financial news for future tracking of a sector or a stock { All news are not important}
-Structure newsletters for professional use so that can be posted on LinkedIn.
Advanced Excel Applications:
You’ll extract financial data from annual, quarterly, and monthly reports, industry databases, investor presentations, and earnings calls, and apply advanced Excel tools such as INDEX-MATCH, VLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, pivot tables, scenario analysis, data tables, and more.. {No templates are used}
Financial Modeling from Scratch {From a blank excel}
Using the curated data, we’ll develop detailed financial models for selected companies and sectors. These models will cover monthly, quarterly, and annual performance, include segment/product/industry breakdowns, and valuation techniques such as DCF, FCFF, WACC, P/E, EV/EBITDA, EV/Sales, P/Sales, P/BV, and SOTP.
Earnings Call Analysis:
You’ll attend live earnings/conference calls, take notes, and summarize key insights on the result day
Quarterly Reports:
Post-call, you’ll draft analyst-style quarterly updates for your assigned companies
Industry Research Reports: We’ll assess sectors supported by macroeconomic trends and market momentum—ensuring our focus is data-driven rather than random. You’ll help prepare industry-level research based on daily discussions and updates.
Initiating Coverage Reports:
For selected companies, you’ll develop comprehensive reports that follow a top-down framework—sector and industry overview, competitive benchmarking, business model analysis, and detailed financials compared with peers.
End of Training (3 Months):
By the end of your training, you will have:
✅ Built 12+ financial models
✅ Written 25-30 Reports
✅ Developed expertise in Excel and financial analysis
✅ Gained experience similar to an Investment Banker
Placements process
Following the 3-month training, we’ll start forwarding your CV to recruiters. You will begin a virtual internship with RK Advisory, applying your learning in a more structured and professional setting—focused on accuracy, speed, and quality.
Internship is recommended for 3 months to show some kind of experience on your CV
