Valuation Analyst – Freshers

Expert Global Consultants Private Limited ( SEBI Registered Merchant Bank) is looking for a Valuation Analyst

Experience: Freshers

Location: Delhi – on site

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct company valuations across multiple sectors.

-Use different valuation methods such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF),

-Comparable Company Analysis (CCA), Precedent Transaction Analysis (PTA), etc.
– Prepare detailed financial models and reports.

Work closely with senior analysts and the management team to assess market conditions and financial data.

Qualification: Recent graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

No prior work experience is required (but internships in finance or valuation are a plus!).
